HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

If you are interested in setting up an appointment, please call Oak Valley Counseling at 503-991-2494 or e-mail us at Contact@oakvalleycounseling.com. After setting up an appointment, you will be sent paperwork to fill out and bring with you to your appointment.

Do you accept my insurance?

We currently accept OHP PacificSource Community Solutions CCO and Intercommunity Health Net CCO. Select providers in our office accept Providence, Cigna, Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon, FirstChoiceHealth, and AETNA, insurance plans.

HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE?

Length of therapy should be an ongoing conversation between you and your therapist. Some may only need a handful of sessions before they feel they no longer need the support, and others may stay with their therapist much longer. It is important to remind yourself that the journey towards your therapeutic goals will take as little or as much time as it needs and that is okay.
