Drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I tailor each session to fit the unique needs of the individual. I also incorporate trauma-informed care and the philosophy of Collaborative Problem Solving, which is rooted in the idea that “people do well when they can.” Through this integrated lens, I help clients build insight, develop coping tools, and move toward healing and growth.
